Barone’s Bookkeeping & Tax Service

Kira Barone grew up in Iowa and attended Beloit College in Wisconsin. She and Jarred moved to Portland in 2008 and quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest scenery and way of life.

For over eight years, Kira has been helping individuals manage their finances. After working as a tax preparer for a local tax office, she decided to become an Enrolled Agent, admitted to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS.  This allows her to combine some of the things she is best at: problem solving and helping people.

Jarred Barone grew up in New York and has an Associate Degree in Business Management. Jarred visited Oregon frequently before settling down here in 2008. He loves the laid back lifestyle and access to nature.

Jarred grew up working for and running his family’s recycling business in New York. He has over 15 years of experience managing small businesses and their finances. He has great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
